Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by FischerQuant.com Corp (“FischerQuant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) under the NakedPut.AI name, including the NakedPut.AI website, subscriber portal, email-delivered reports, and related research services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. When you start a subscription, you also accept them by ticking the acceptance box on the checkout page.

1. Service Description

NakedPut.AI is a financial publishing service of FischerQuant.com Corp. We provide analysis on cash-secured put options on US listed equities. Our analysis is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Not Investment Advice

The information provided through the Service does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Our analysis is general and is not tailored to any individual’s financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. All investment decisions are made solely by the subscriber. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

NakedPut.AI does not execute trades, operate a brokerage account, or hold funds or securities. Options involve risk, including the possibility of substantial losses, and cash collateral does not protect against a decline in the underlying security. 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Service. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@fischerquant.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

The price and billing interval are shown on the subscribe and checkout pages before you pay. Prices are in US dollars, plus applicable taxes. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method. Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to your payment.

Stripe initiates your first payment using the method you choose; some payment methods can take a few business days to clear. Access begins once payment clears. Promotion terms are shown at checkout before payment. If a renewal fails, access continues for seven days from the end of the paid period while payment is retried; if payment has not been received by then, the subscription is cancelled and access ends.

We may change subscription prices with 30 days’ written notice to existing subscribers.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. If you cancel while a renewal payment is outstanding, the subscription ends immediately and we stop trying to collect that renewal; a payment already in progress that later clears covers the period it paid for.

We do not issue refunds or pro-rata refunds except where required by law. A payment refunded in full or in part, or a payment dispute decided against us, ends research access and stops renewal, and the account cannot start a new subscription until we restore it. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share, redistribute, or resell reports, analysis, or data from the Service; share login credentials; use the Service unlawfully; reverse-engineer or extract its models, algorithms, or source code; bypass access, rate, payment, or security controls; disrupt the Service; or use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data. We may suspend or end access for a violation or where needed to protect the Service or comply with law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, analysis, models, software, and branding associated with the Service are the exclusive property of FischerQuant.com Corp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. PAST PERFORMANCE OF ANY ANALYSIS OR STRATEGY DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS. OPTIONS TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL INVESTORS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FISCHERQUANT.COM CORP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, WHETHER ARISING FROM CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FischerQuant.com Corp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your investment decisions.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Michigan.
