NakedPut.AI is operated by FischerQuant.com Corp. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use the NakedPut.AI website, create an account, or use the subscription service.

Information we collect and use

We collect the information needed to provide and protect the Service: your email address and account credentials, account and subscription records, communications you send us, email delivery records (such as whether a message was delivered, bounced, or marked as spam), the email address you give if you ask to be notified when subscriptions open, and limited security and rate-limit records, including IP addresses. Stripe processes payment information. Our hosting and security providers also process visitors’ IP addresses to deliver and protect the website and the subscriber portal. We use this information to operate the Service, manage accounts and subscriptions, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Cookies and website data

The subscriber portal uses one essential cookie, npai_session, to keep you signed in and to protect its forms against cross-site request forgery. It is renewed while you are active and stops working after 60 minutes without activity. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or email-open or click tracking. The public website does not set application cookies or store information in your browser. To understand how visitors find and use it, such as which pages are read most, it uses simple, privacy-friendly analytics that set no cookies and do not identify you, and we never sell your data. When you use an invitation code on the portal’s signup page, it keeps the code in that tab’s session storage until signup completes or the tab is closed.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, such as payment processing, hosting, and email delivery, and when required by law or necessary to protect the Service or its users. If your account is provided through an investment firm, that firm’s administrators can see your email address, account status, whether two-step sign-in is on, when you last signed in, and when your account was created, and can manage your access.

Retention and requests

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete an account. For privacy questions or requests concerning your personal information, contact us at admin@fischerquant.com. We will handle requests as required by applicable law.
